1. Jeddah tower
Jeddah tower is under construction skyscraper on the north side of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Jeddah tower will be the world first 1 km high building and it will be around 3300ft. Jeddah tower is constructed under the project of Jeddah economic city to attract tourist as well as investors in Jeddah. Jeddah tower construction starts in April 2013 and expected to be completed by 2020 and from 2020 Jeddah tower and the cost of construction will be around US$1.3 billion. Jeddah tower is designed by the same architect Adrian Smith who designed Burj Khalifa will be the tallest skyline in the world.
PNB118 stands for Permodalan Nasional Berhad(PNB) 118-floor building PNB is government-linked investment company who decided to invest in the 118-floor building. PNB 118 consist of 400,000 square meters of residential, hotel and commercial space and 100 floors will be rented floors and 18 floors will be for maintenance, parking area, and elevators. PNB118 will be the tallest building in Malaysia height consist of 644 meters (2113 foot) tall currently under construction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. PNB 118 construction started in 2016 and expected to be completed in 2024 and the cost of construction will be around RM 5 billion. PNB 118 designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects who designed Eureka Tower, Melbourne. After completion PNB118 will be the 5th tallest skyscraper in the world.
3. Wuhan Greenland Center
Wuhan Greenland center is an unfinished skyscraper in Wuhan China due to airspace regulations and it will be redesigned so its height will not exceed 500 meters above sea level at the floor area of 303,275 square meters. Wuhan Greenland center construction started in 2012 and expected to be completed in 2019 as planned and the cost will be US$ 4.5 billion dollars. Wuhan Greenland center is multipurpose skyscraper used for offices and hotels. In starting the decided height was 636 meter (2087 foot) but reduced to 500 meters due to airspace regulations. Wuhan Greenland center is designed by architect Adrian Smith who designed Burj Khalifa and Gordon Gill architects.
4. Rama IX super tower
Rama IX super tower is under construction skyscraper situated in Bangkok, Thailand and it is a 125-floor building and height of 615 meters tall (2018 ft) and it will be the tallest building after completion. Rama IX super tower construction started in 2017 and expected to be completed in 2022 at the cost of US$ 620 million and constructed at the floor area of 240,000 square meters. Rama IX super Tower is designed by the Architects 49 LTD and it is a multipurpose skyscraper used for hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, and offices. After completion, Rama IX super tower will be the 10 tallest building in the world.
5. Baoneng Shenyang global financial center
Baoneng Shenyang global financial center is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Shenyang, Liaoning, China. It is planned to be 568 meters (1864 ft) tall. Baoneng Shenyang global financial center construction started in 2014 and expected to be completed in 2020. It is a 114-floor building in the floor area of 59 hectares of a master plan covering various prestigious sites and places. The specialty of the financial center is at the top, an executive club is located within a giant pearl of 50 meters in diameter and center also known as Pearl of the North. The entire center is used for offices and designed by the Atkins architecture company who designed Lulu international mall, Kochi, India.
